Thor Global Enterprises has been satisfying customers in the bulk material handling industry since 1969. With a strong steel fabricating background, the company began manufacturing and distributing tower cranes in North America before designing conveyors for the aggregate and mining industries. This Endeavour spurred the development of the patented side-fold conveyor system in 1975 – a much more cost-effective method than the top-fold designs being offered by other manufacturers at the time.

In 1992, Thor Global developed the first telescopic conveyor to be used in bulk material stockpile creation. Today, the company continues to lead the competition through the continual innovation of its telescopic concept, advanced technology, comprehensive warranty policy and the provision of more standard features than any other manufacturer.

Thor Global has provided hundreds of its Thorstack telescopic machines to be used in demanding environments throughout Australia, North and South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
